Halloween
time has flown,
another year,
Halloween,
time to recall the passing year,
those who have died,
and those still here,
prayers said,
for a successful harvest,
and for souls restless,
on this autumn night,
life fleeting,
the message of Halloween,
trick or treat,
enjoy the living,
but death lurking,
in the shadows.
